Tinker Champs is a student-driven, mentor-assisted initiative that empowers school students to become changemakers, innovators, and entrepreneurs. Born out of the inspiring journey of Tinkerpreneur 2021, the program was created by a group of passionate students under the guidance of mentors like Mr. Kiran Kumar H S and Mr. Phaneendra J. Recognizing the need to foster creativity and entrepreneurial spirit among peers, Tinker Champs has evolved into a cross-country, inter-ATL movement that is transforming the landscape of education in India.

At its core, Tinker Champs is about providing students with the skills, resources, and support they need to create a lasting impact in their communities. The program offers an accelerated learning experience that covers a range of essential skills—from digital technology and design thinking to creative writing, storytelling, and financial literacy. These are complemented by leadership training and real-world case studies of successful student initiatives, ensuring that every participant is well-equipped to drive positive change.

Their role in co-organizing Tinkerpreneur 2024 is a testament to their growing influence.
