Who are we and what do we do?
Tinker Champs is a student-driven, mentor-assisted program that empowers school students with change-making skills to lead innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship initiatives. Originating from Tinkerpreneur 2021, this cross-country, inter-ATL initiative has grown into a national movement that fosters leadership, problem-solving, and digital skills.
Through webinars, workshops, boot camps, Maker Faires, and mentoring sessions, Tinker Champs have upskilled thousands of students in 21st-century skills beyond traditional education. They have played a key role in AIM’s Tinkerpreneur and ATL Marathon programs, creating e-learning resources, digital skilling sessions, and entrepreneurship training.
With a vision to inspire young changemakers, Tinker Champs continue to drive student-led initiatives, collaborating across schools, cities, and states, and proving that students can be leaders of transformation.
